Triesteshop is a useful tool for local consumers, as well as for visitors from nearby areas and tourists – a unique panorama of customized shopping offers and promotions that allows local consumers to get more shopping information and visitors to complete their stay in the area with an enjoyable shopping experience.
Besides the advertising activity included in its business plan, the Triesteshop project also contributes to the promotion of the local and Regional tourism offer, since it is replicable in other areas and finds its natural home in tourism promotion websites such as the TurismoFVG web portal.
During its test stage, Triesteshop was joined by approximately 150 shops, with over 700 brands.
The website was published on February, 20 2012 and its preview was presented at BIT (Italian Tourism Exhibition) in Milan during the institutional press conference of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.
We warmly thank Friuli Venezia Giulia Region Councillor, Federica Seganti, and TurismoFVG General Manager, Edi Sommariva, for this wonderful opportunity, as well as Tatiana Familio for her precious technical assistance.
